Personal Use License Agreement
  1. Grant of License: Licensor hereby grants to Licensee, and Licensee accepts, anon-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Publication solely for Licensee's personal, non-commercial use. This license does not grant any rights to distribute, share, resell, or otherwise transfer the Publication to any third party.
  2. Restrictions: Licensee shall not distribute, share, resell, or otherwise transfer the Publication or any copies thereof, to any third party. Licensee shall not modify, translate, adapt, or create derivative works of the Publication. Licensee agrees to take all reasonable steps to protect the Publication from unauthorized distribution or use.
  3. Intellectual Property: The Publication, including all copies and portions thereof, remains the property of Licensor, and this Agreement does not convey to Licensee any ownership rights in the Publication or any intellectual property rights therein, other than the rights expressly granted herein.
  4. Term and Termination: This Agreement is effective until terminated. Licensor may terminate this Agreement immediately and without notice if Licensee breaches any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, Licensee must immediately cease using the Publication and delete all copies of the Publication in Licensee's possession.
  5. No Warranties: The Publication is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Licensor does not warrant that the Publication will meet Licensee's requirements or that its operation will be uninterrupted or error-free.
  6. Limitation of Liability: In no event will Licensor be liable for any damages, including without limitation direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the use of or inability to use the Publication.
  7. General: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous oral or written agreements concerning such subject matter.
