Eye cancer management has shifted towards less invasive treatment modalities to achieve maximum tumor control as well as globe and vision salvage. For example, topical chemotherapy and immunotherapy agents are now com¬monly used as primary or adjuvant treatments for many eye tumors. This chapter discusses the pharmacology, doses, indications, mechanisms of action, and side effects of ophthalmic topical chemotherapy.
