E-MAILING LIST

You can register to be placed on our e-mailing list through our website, but at Kugler Publications/SPB Academic Publishing BV, it is our policy automatically to add individuals who have collaborated with us on past or future projects to our e-mailing list. This is done to make sure that you are kept informed of current and forthcoming projects, as well as discount offers. We realize how annoying it can be constantly to receive unnecessary e-mails, and therefore, it is our policy:
a.) not to send out more than approximately 6 promotional e-mails per year;
b.) to send e-mail messages formatted effciently in of HTML, and that do not include (many) images. This is done to reduce the downloading time of the message; 
c.) to facilitate easy removal from our e-mailing list; this can be done by replying to one of our e-mails with “unsubscribe” or “remove”, etc. as subject. or simply send an e-mail to info@kuglerpublications.com
d.) there are no scripts in our e-mails. Amongst  other things, this means we do not track if and when an e-mail has been read.

Kugler Publications/SPB Academic Publishing BV sometimes uses e-mailings list obtained from third parties. Although we do our best to ensure that these lists only contain the addresses of people who have submitted their data voluntarily (e.g., e-mail), we cannot be held responsible if the receiver considers the e-mail received to be SPAM. However, we will immediately take note of any such complaints, remove the complainant from our files, and convey the complaint to the relevant third party. As stated above, all our e-mails offer the possibility of being removed from our e-mailing list; furthermore, we always include our full address, a valid reply-to e-mail address (info@kuglerpublications.com), and our telephone and fax numbers with all our e-mails, as well as the name of the contact person. For these reasons, we feel that our e-mail messages cannot be considered SPAM, and that we cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience caused by receiving these e-mails. However, as previously stated, we will do our very best to limit any possible inconvenience. Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

Media

How long we retain your data
